对比为主题服务的原著，影视版似乎更着力于人物的塑造，编剧们费心为主角们造出更亲民的行为动机，以期唤起观众的共情。然而编剧团队对角色投射了太多主观喜恶，以至于角色行为前后矛盾，原著自带的厚重感被削弱不少，所谓的权谋宫斗如过家家般儿戏。
